Withdrawal Policy

At Sangam School of Excellence, we understand that students may need to withdraw due to various reasons. The withdrawal process is structured to ensure a hassle-free transition.

Procedure for Withdrawal
Parents/guardians must submit a written application for withdrawal at least one month in advance.
The application must be addressed to the Principal and should mention the reason for withdrawal.
All dues must be cleared, including tuition fees, library books, and any other pending charges.
A Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued upon clearance of all formalities.
For mid-session withdrawals, fees will not be refunded as per the school’s fee policy.

Refund Policy
Admission fees are non-refundable.
Tuition fees paid for the ongoing term will not be refunded.
Security deposits (if any) will be refunded after clearance of all dues.
